This approach was an email-posting to the Global Commision on Drug Policy, which sounds so:
Please, try to inform the administrative and governmental organisations to evaluate the effects of the drug-policy substance-specifically, including the supplier and demand interests, WHO is real supplier and WHO is real demand-oriented user, to start up a local, national drug-forum, where all parties can initiate a democratic process, starting up to discuss the national situation, where everybody can anonymously discuss the real, existing situation and his personal interests. There are a lot of different internationally drug-forums dealing with some parts of the problem, and some have a lot of meta-law-science-approach to deal with the difficult national situations, and to secure the health and interests of the users. This will need a indepent, site-administrating, with the spirit of well-known international persons, who will secure with their personal history the democratic, anti-violent, and free, over-the-existing law approach, which shall show the reality and the interests off all. This can lead to a silent non-violent revolutionary process, similiar to the end of cold-war in Europe, to end the endlessness of the paradigm of repression, which is nationally mainly a repression of different minorities. This needs to awake the public opinion not to repress drug-consuming minorities and iniating an educational approach to learn to handle the existing phenomen of drugs, including the methodical approaches, as harm reduction, supplier control, product transparency, cosumer interests in quality-control,.. Austria needs an independent, internationally controlled internet-based drug-forum, best geographically build in the UN center of Vienna, unreachable for every national involved parties, to bring up the social problems of users, the lawful and anti-lawful attempts to live in the existing state, and to show also the monopolicy, financial interested suppliers of drugs (not only a black/white, dualistic approach legal/illegal, good/bad, better we should go back to the WHO-definition of drug and see the all involved parties and all active substances, acting as drug to the individual human)(also big pharmacy-companies, big chemical-suppliers who indirectly are main-suppliers to the drug-producing suppliers in some regions, see our national personal involvements of many politicians to the drug-business and at the end show the scientific way to obtain objective-true informations, which need to call for scientific mentoring and educational approaches)
